William Will Richard Nay, age 28 passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Will was born in Carol City, Florida on August 5, 1983, son of William E. Nay and Pamela (Ewers) Nay. He graduated from McArthur High School and McFatter Technical College in Davie. Will was a heavy duty mechanic for Allegiance Crane and Equipment Company in Pompano Beach, FL. Survived by his beloved wife, Kelli A. Nay, his loving son, Brody William, age 20 months and their expected daughter to be born in December, 2011. Will is also survived by his parents, William E, Diane, & Pamela; sisters, Kristin and Ellen Nay, brother Ivan Offert and paternal grandparents Freddie and Dorothea Nay and Emily Brannon. Also survived by his in laws, Robert, Alicia, and Tanya Gomola. Will has many Aunts, Uncles, Cousin, & Friends who loved him as well.
