Born in Guyana, South America on October 13, 1952, daughter of Nursalim and Shiran (Amin) Khan. Raised in Guyana, Mona and her family migrated to Toronto at the age of 20 years. She graduated from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario majoring in Biology. In 1980, Mona and her family moved to South Florida and she worked as an Auditor/Accountant at the Fountain Blue Hotel for many years. Later she founded her own auditing company, traveling all over the state of Florida
Survived by her loving siblings, Fadia Khan, Faneza (Hugar) Mcnamee, Zalima Khan, Musto Khan (Jennifer Malaqui) and Imram (Maralyn) Khan, nieces, Kimberly Malagui, Amanda Khan, Haneen Mcnamee, nephew, Jason Khan.
Funeral Service on Monday, August 22nd at 10:00 at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood. Burial will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens, Cemtery, 3001 North 72nd Avenue, Hollywood.
