Harry was born July 20, 1934 in Eau Clare, Wisconsin to John and Loretta Maroney Cooley.
He attended St. Andrews Catholic Church in Holts Summit, Missouri and was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus.
Harry will be remembered for his love of traveling and fishing plus his wonderful sense of humor.
He is survived by brothers, Martin (Laura) Cooley of New Bloomfield, Thomas (Carol) Cooley of Decatur, Illinois and John (Mary) Cooley of Cedar Falls, Iowa along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Paul David Cooley.
