I knew Tim at Turkey Point as we both went through licensing class together. We were both submariners and I will miss Tim very much. He was a great guy and will miss our stories together in the Navy. Master Chief Seilkop was my Leading Crew Chief when I was the MTS-626 Crew B Shift Engineer at the Charleston Prototype.  He was a pleasure to work with. I learned a great deal from him.  Master Chief, you will be missed.

I was privileged to know Tim in Our  Chief's Quarters on USS Columbus.  He was an outstanding an honorable person and I will remember him for as long as I live.  Daisy and the girls we feel so sorry for your loss.

Tim was my MMC on the USS Olympia. He was one of the best leaders of people I have ever known. Very sorry for your and our loss of a very special man.

I had the privilege of serving under Master Chief on the USS San Francisco ( SSN 711).  He helped shape me into the sailor I became.  My sympathy to his family on your loss.

I had the privilege of serving with Master Cheif Tim Seilkop on USS COLUMBUS.  He was superb Chief and a star in the Chief''s Quarters.  
He made all of us better than we were individually.

I didn't know Tim personally but knew some of his family. Sorry for your loss.
My heart goes out to all of you! I will keep you all in my prayers!

Tim and I were initiated as Chiefs in 1991 at Naval Nuclear Power School.  We crossed paths a few times after that.  My heartfelt sympathies to his family and friends.

Tim and I served together on the USS Columbus (SSN 762)  from 96 to 99. He was our Chief EDMC. That's right Chief. That guys did a great job and it wasn't too long before he made Senior Chief. I saw him very little after he left the Columbus. I remember one time when he decided to pressure wash the engine room. Starting in upper level!!! Only a couple grounds. He made it work.

Although Tim worked for me on COLUMBUS as EDEA, it often felt the other way around. He was the core of the great thing we had in Engineering.  I was privileged to have such a close confidant, mentor and friend. His humor and humility have left us too soon. My deepest condolences.

Tim and I served together on the USS BREMERTON (SSN 698) in the 1984 to 1987 time frame.  It was the first boat for each of us, him as a junior mechanic and me as a junior officer.  I was his division officer (Main Propulsion Assistant) for an all to brief time.  I have many great memories of my time serving with him on BREMERTON.  Although we never served together again, our paths did cross from time to time over the years and it was always great to see him.  I am very sorry for your loss.  He was a great shipmate and Sailor.

Served with Tim on the USS Olympia (SSN-717). He had just made Chief when he showed up but you wouldn't know it. He acted and lead like he had been a Chief his whole life. Secure the maneuvering watch my friend, we'll see you topside.

Tim was a Navy nuke to the core - he was a great Navy leader.  When he was  Engineering Department Master Chief on USS SAN FRANCISCO (SSN 711) in Guam, I was privileged to serve with him. He was taken from all of us too soon. With deepest condolences.  CAPT & Mrs. Andy Hale, USN (ret).
