Barbara P. Morgan, of Birmingham, passed away at age 91. Barbara was born to John C. Pumphrey and Rilla Davis in Phenix City, Alabama, on June 5, 1925. She is predeceased by her brother Horace Pumphrey, sister Sara P. Palmer, first husband William Whitfield Sr. and second husband Raymond Morgan. Barbara is survived by son, William Whitfield Jr. and wife Jane, of Birmingham; daughter Barbara Anne Lewis of Birmingham; four granddaughters, Angie Cleland, Jennifer Burks, Amy Richardson and Emily McDaniel; six great-granddaughters; and niece Kay Yates. The funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20th, at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood, Alabama.
