Barbara Ryan

She lived in Birmingham the majority of her life, spent a number of years at Lake MItchell in Verbena, AL, then in later years moved to Alabaster. Her kind spirit and gentle nature was a reflection of her love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She did not miss a chance to say “I love you” or share a kind word to those she held dear. She was a member of South Roebuck Baptist Church in Birmingham, She was currently attending Westwood Baptist Church in Alabaster, Alabama. 

She is survived in death by her daughter Ashley Carmichael; daughter and son in law, Anna and Josh Noyes; sister Charlsie Hand; sister and brother in law Linda and Steve Spratt; brother Paul BIggs; grandson Charles Biggs; grand daughter Haley Carmichael; grand daughters Katelyn and Isabel Noyes; grandson Lincoln Noyes; great grandson Jordan Cash; and many loved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother and sister in law Bill and Marylin Biggs; brother in law John A Hand.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, February 18th at 10:00am at Forest Hill Cemetery and is open to both family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to Westwood Baptist Church - Benevolence Fund.
