Charles Beck

Charles Kenneth Beck was born on October 16, 1957. He suddenly went to be with Jesus at 64 years of age, on October 24, 2021. He was a graduate of Vestavia Hills High School and the University of Alabama. He loved Crimson Tide football.

He was a caring and loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charlene and Harlan Beck. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mary Cunningham Beck, their daughters, Catherine Beck Rice (Brandon), Anna Beck Yates (Carson) and son, John Charles Beck (Rachel). Also his sister, Bonnie Beck Seale (Jack), nephews Taylor Seale and Wesley Seale (Katherine). Also, many beloved relatives and dear friends. His legacy will continue through his 6 grandchildren: Beck, Luke, Ben, and Charlie Rice, Michael and Mary Cate Yates.

Charlie was a man who loved people fiercely, and treated everyone like a dear friend. His personality was larger than life, and he never met a stranger. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and beloved hunting dogs. He will be forever missed and his memory cherished.

His life will be celebrated on Saturday, October 30th at 11:00 am at Shoal Creek Golf Club, in the chapel where he was married. Family requests any donations be made to:
