SPEIR, CHARLES A., age 84, died Sunday the 28th of February. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 3rd at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood from 5 until 7 p.m. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 4th at 1:00 p.m. at Ridout's Valley Chapel.
