Elizabeth B. McArdle, age 102 of Birmingham, died on February 17, 2013. Mrs. McArdle was preceded in death by her husband John. She is survived by her daughter: Marilyn Smith (Dean) of Roswell, Georgia; son: John T. “Tom” AcArdle of Birmingham; grandsons: Scott McArdle (Kelly) of Montgomery, AL and Christopher Smith (Katie) of Berea, KY and four great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 23, 2013 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church with the funeral mass beginning at 11:00 a.m., also at the church. Private interment will be held at Elmwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Our Lady of Sorrows building fund.
