Frank Elwood Lindstrom Jr.

He was born in Washington, DC on March 28, 1945. Frank graduated from Shades Valley High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University Frank was a proud owner of Engineering Service Associates, Inc. in Birmingham, AL. He was a member and participant of many local organizations including Mountain Brook Club and The Club and served as Commodore at Lake Guntersville Yacht Club.

He is preceded in death by his parents Frank Elwood and Woodie Ryan Lindstrom. His son Frank Elwood Lindstrom III. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Shelley Shook Gearhart Lindstrom. Children: Kristen Lindstrom Murphree (Allen), Kara Lindstrom Scholl (Marc) and Thomas Shook Lindstrom (Kim). Grandchildren: Lane Murphree, Natalie Murphree, Abigail Murphree, Ryan Scholl, Andrew Murphree and Joseph Scholl and Great Grandson Merritt Murphree.

Frank could light up a room with his smile. He was his children’s ultimate supporter. He lived big and loved big. His grandchildren were the light of his life.
