James Richard Cotner, age 45, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Monday, April 25, 2022. He was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on December 19, 1976. Richard was a graduate of East Limestone High School. He was a dedicated employee in the Plumbing industry with American Plumbing Services, LLC.
Richard had a passion for Music, History and Trivia.
He is survived by his son, Julian Cotner; long time partner, Heather Carter; mother, Sherry Dunkin Romano (Paul); Father, James R. Cotner, Jr.; sister, Rebecca Cotner Ralston (Peter); grandparents, Joan Meacham, James R. Cotner Sr, Mildred Nichols McWhorter (Spud), Jerry and Mary Jean Romano Niece, Grace Ann Ralston, and nephew Cooper Ralston; and many uncles, cousins and friends.
