After a courageous battle against cancer, K.C. went to be with his Lord on January 15, 2014. He was loved by all who knew him and inspired everyone to be a better person with his kind spirit. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Reed, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Brandi Reed; son, Kevin Reed, Jr; mother, Betty Pratt (Jim); brothers, Steve Cantrell and Bo Reed (Johnnie). He is also survived by loving in laws, Phillip Jackson (Karen), Eva Brown, Eric Jackson, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and host of dear friends. Funeral service will be at Ridout's Valley Chapel, Friday January 17, 2014 at 2:00. burial at Highland Memorial Gardens will follow. Arrangements under the direction of Ridout's Valley Chapel, Homewood, AL.
