Mary Jane Quinn , age 95 , passed away peacefully May 8, 2017. She was a devout Catholic and extraordinary wife and mother. She served in the United States Navy WAVE, loved to play golf, bowl and take care of her family during the countless relocations the service life required.
Mrs. Quinn was preceded in death by her parents and her, former husband Maj. Gen. W.R. Quinn, USMC. She is survived by their children, Patricia Duke, Pegi Bell, Penny Gilmore, Mitch Quinn and brother George “Dude” Hahn, and grandchildren, Ryan Duke, Greg Bell, Kristen Bell Gray, Justin Gilmore, Logan Gilmore, Natalie Quinn, Heath Quinn and numerous great-grandchildren.
She will be sorely missed by all that knew her. Rest in peace now Mom, and thanks for all the blessings you gave us.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
