Shirley R. Spigner, 79, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama passed away September 17, 2024, in Homewood, Alabama. Shirley worked for Jefferson County Commissions office for 27 years and Family Court. She was a loving daughter, mother and sister.
Shirley was born in 1944 to Roscoe and Doris Richardson. She is survived by her son Bob Spigner; niece/daughter and son in law; Shannon Swann and Greig Munro; and sister Iva Moore.
