Stella Craddock Perryman age 95 of Cahaba Heights passed away on Nov. 4,2011, she was born to Sarah Bush and Turner Craddock on Feb.25,1916.Stella's greatest joy in life was her family and the time they spent together, she beamed with pride whenever she spoke of them and delighted in their accomplishments.She never forgot to tell each one how much she loved them.Stella will forever be remembered as an independent lady with a quick wit and a smile that would light up a room. She was "Big Granny" to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband,Bit Perryman,her sisters Earline Wilhite,Essie Montgomery, and Jessie Skelton. She was survived by her daughter Stella Perryman Allison(Larry),grandaughter Kim Green (Jamie),great grandsons, Justin and Tanner and grandson Larry Allison (Brandy) great grandchildren, Cody,Kaiya,and Caden, and a son Tony Perryman and his family.
Funeral services for Stella will be Monday at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Ridout's Valley Chapel with visitation from 12:00 to 2:00 PM with burial to follow at Wooten Chapel.
Although our hearts are broken, we know the separation is only temporary.
