
She was raised on a farm in Troy, AL during the depression and war time, being the youngest and last survivor of six children.
She married William A. Crunk in 1946, and they had two sons, William "Bill" and Benjamin "Ben".
Throughout her life, she was an active servant in her church, always concerned about the welfare of others. "Fairness" was her motto. She touched the hearts of all who knew her and was loved dearly.
She is survived by her two sons William "Bill" (Julia Russell), Benjamin "Ben" (April), grandchildren Andrew (Dorothy) Russell, Laura Russell, Kris (Lisa) Crunk, Evan (Hala) Acton, Jake Acton, and great grandchildren Ethan and Emma Crunk, Charlie and Lane Russell.
She was light in the darkness and will be missed by family
A visitation for Sue will be held Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Ridout's Valley Chapel, 1800 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209.
