Tommy was born June 17, 1940 to the late Leo Carl Turner and Catherine Reese Sharpe Turner. He was a longtime member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, an avid Alabama fan and loved collecting classic cars.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Susan S. Turner; daughter Betsy Turner Fetner (Matt) son Bryan Turner and granddaughters Kristen Turner Templeton (Josh) and Elizabeth Reese Fetner. The family would also like to thank Ms. Pat for the loving care shown to Mr. Turner during his illness.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 3775 Crosshaven Dr., Vestavia Hills, AL 35223.
