Andrew David Mesker

Andrew David Mesker, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, and formerly of Homosassa, FL, passed away on Friday, Feb. 12, 2016 at his home. A native of St. Petersburg, FL, he was born Aug. 4, 1982 to David and Kim (Smith) Mesker, one of four children. Andrew moved to Homosassa in 1987 from Palm Harbor, FL and then to Dunnellon in 2009. He was a roofer by profession who loved fishing and attended St. Scholastica Catholic Church in Lecanto, FL. Andrew is survived by his father David W. Mesker, Homosassa; daughter Mikayla Ann Mesker, Jacksonville; brothers Anthony Mesker (partner John), Seattle, WA and Aaron Mesker (wife Dana), Beverly Hills, FL; twin sister Jeannie Mesker, Homosassa; stepsister Sherry Winczuk, Beverly Hills, FL; nephews Rylan and Kevin and niece Annie Mae. Andrew was preceded in death by his mother, Kim I. Mesker, on March 25, 2001. Friends will be received on Sat., Feb. 20, 2016 from 9:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat., Feb. 20, 2016 at 12:30 P.M. from St. Scholastica Catholic Church, Lecanto, FL with Fr. Jojo Tejada, Celebrant.
