Jeanne S. Probst, 84, of Weeki Wachee, FL, passed away on Wed., Dec. 16, 2015 at her home. A native of Rochester, NY, she was born Sept. 22, 1931 to Ralph and Minerva (Hildreth) Hauss. Jeanne was a lifelong homemaker and avid dog lover. She had lived in Florida since 1979 and was a Life Member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Probst was preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. Probst, on Nov. 26, 2003. She is survived by a son, Charles P. Probst III (wife Kathleen), Castleton, NY and daughters Susan J. Willis (husband Charles), Weeki Wachee, FL and Carol L. Colombo, Dunedin, Florida; grandchildren Charles, Melanie, Nicole, Jennifer and Charles and many great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Mon., Dec. 21, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. from the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima and St. Cajetan, Brooksville, FL with Fr. James Wright, Celebrant.
