Julia E. "Julie" Frantz

Julia E. “Julie” Frantz, 64, of Homosassa, FL, passed away on Mon., Dec. 17, 2018 at her home. A native of York, PA, she was born Sept. 10, 1954 to Curvin and Jean (Long) Myers, one of four children. Julie, as she was known to everyone, graduated from York Votech High School in 1972, then attended Consolidated School of Business in York. She was a former customer service representative for Wolfgang Candies and moved to Homosassa in 2011 from Dover, PA. Julie was a faithful and devoted member of Grace Bible Church in Homosassa, where she served as the Awana kitchen leader, and was also a breast cancer survivor. Mrs. Frantz is survived by her loving husband, William L. “Bill” Frantz of Homosassa; daughters Stacia and Hannah Rudisill, both of Homosassa, FL; grandchildren Patrick William and Emily Mae Frantz, also of Homosassa; sister Kathy Patsches (husband John), York County, PA; sister Sharon Altland (husband Robert), Dover, PA and sister Susan McGovern (husband Paul), North Carolina. In addition to her parents, Julie was preceded in death by an infant son, Greg Alan Rudisill. A celebration of Julie’s life will take place on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. from Grace Bible Church, 6832 W. Green Acres St., Homosassa, FL 34446, with Pastor Ray Herriman officiating.
