ANNA NGIT WAN CHOY LAU, 85, died peacefully at home on June 2, 2012 in the arms of her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lau, Sr., in 1992 and granddaughter Megan. A Honolulu native, her siblings are Robert Choy (deceased) (Pauline), Bernice (David) Wong and Henry (Laura) Choy and Arthur (Myrna) Choy. Anna will always be fondly remembered as a loving wife and mother and a caring friend. Always a supportive parent, she and her husband raised seven Lau children, including Douglas (Patricia) of Sonora, California, Jeffrey (Lynn), Vernon (Kori), Wesley (Young), Melanie Guild (John), Xavier (Cindy), Albert, Jr. (Felvie) all of Honolulu. Anna also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Michael, Raymie Ann, Jared, Bryce, Britney, Patrick, Anna, Fathima, Anthony.
A visitation will be held from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at St. Patrick Church, 1124 7th Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii; Eulogy and Mass will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by committal service and burial at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
