A funeral service for Benjamin will be held Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 9:30 AM at Borthwick Mortuary Makai Chapel, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. Following the funeral service will be a burial at 2:00 PM at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, 47-200 Kahekili Hwy, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744.
