CDR Barbara Onder Tracy, 76, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on November 19th. CDR Barbara Tracy was a retired United States Navy Officer and was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She is survived by husband, CDR L.R. Tracy.
Services will be held on December 16th at Holy Trinity located at 5919 Kalanianaole Hwy in Honolulu. Visitation at 10:00am and service at 11:00am.
