She was born on October 1, 1965 to Mansfield & Helen Lee and was the youngest of 4 daughters.
Charlene attended Pauoa Elementary School, Kawananakoa Intermediate, McKinley High School & Kapiolani Community College. She worked at the Property Tax Assessment Office for the City & County of Honolulu for 36 years. She retired on June 1, 2025.
Char was preceded in death by her father, Mansfield Lee. She is survived by her mother, Helen Lee, sisters, Sidney (Clayton) Taniguchi, Eva (Jeffrey) Oki, Karen (Ricky) Kaneshiro, nephews, Kyle, Lance, Scott, Tyler and niece, Jeneva.
