Charles McTeer Joyce, 94, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away July 12, 2012. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on september 1, 1917. He came to Hawaii to work at Pearl Harbor in 1942. He retired as Director of Technical Services, Supply Department Naval Submarine Base, Pearl Harbor in 1983. He was a Scottish Rite Mason and active in the Aloha Shrine.
He is preceded in death by his wife Edith M. Joyce, parents: Charles W. Joyce and Mertle (Saunders) Joyce, brother: James W. Joyce, sisters: Frances J. Horetel. Mary Lou J Tracy, he is survived by his son: Charles Jerry Joyce, 4 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. he requested no memorial services, donations, or flowers. His ashes to be scatter at a later date.
