David Yuk Cheong Lum, 82, of Honolulu, died May 31, 2010. Born in Honolulu. Retired supervisor for Young Brother's and baggage department of the former cruise ship S.S. Hawaii. Also worked for Dillingham Land & Railroad Company and was the driver for General MacArthur while stationed in Japan. A veteran of the U.S. Army. Survived by his brother, Gilbert; sisters, Thelma Wong (Wai Kong), Clarice Lagrimas and Arlene Goodwin; nieces and nephews. Visitation 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 1st at Borthwick Mortuary Mauka Chapel; service 11:00 a.m.; burial 1:00 p.m. at Greenhaven Memorial Park in Kaneohe. Flowers welcomed.
