Harry was born and raised in Honolulu, HI on July 25, 1923, to mother, Minnie Botelho Phillips (deceased) and father, David Phillips (deceased).
Harry was a carpenter for Nordic Construction company until he retired.
He is survived by daughter, Larraine Sinclair (Danford); grandson, Justin Sinclair of Kailua, HI; sister Rachael Silva of Waimanalo, HI; and numerous nieces, grandnieces, nephews, and grandnephews.
A memorial service will be held on March 24, 2012 at Kaimuki Christian Church, 1117 Koko Head Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816. Visitation 3:30 followed by service at 4:30. Casual attire.
