The former Proprietor of Jack's Chop Suey. He is survived by his wife Mee Lin Chang; his sons Kenneth, Roger, Whitney, Alan, Hiram, Michael, Darrin and David Chang; and 7 grandchildren.

Visitation on Monday, August 29, 2011 at Borthwick Mortuary at 9:30 a.m., with Funeral Services to begin at 10:30 a.m.; followed by burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
