Janet Chau Lien

Janet Chau Lien, age 78 passed away on Wednesday January 29, 2020. Janet was born February 2, 1941 in Bac Lieu, Vietnam, has lived in Stillwater, Minnesota, and made her home here in Honolulu, Hawaii with her husband and 7 children for the past 37 years.

A beloved Sister, Wife, Mom, and Ma Ma. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Dan Lien; son, Kevin Jason Lien; daughters, Kathy Colon, Jennifer Lien, Julie Leung, Lisa Lien, Linh Lopez, and Cindy Lien; sons-in-law, Edgar Leung, and Sean Lopez; grandchildren, Antonio Colon Jr., Annie Lien, Amanda Lien, Renei Leung, Spencer Leung, Connor Lopez, and Mila Lopez; brothers, Andy Chau, Larry Chau, and Eric Chau; sisters, Stacy Chau, and Stephanie Chan; brothers-in-law, Peter Tran, and Michael Chan; sisters-in-law, Diana Chau, Lam Tu Sinh, and Chang Chu Tek.

A visitation for Janet will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Borthwick Mortuary Makai Chapel, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. A Buddhist Prayer Service will occur Tuesday, February 18, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 1330 Maunakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. A burial will occur Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, 47-299 Kahekili Hwy., Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744.
