Jeny is not only my comrade but also my "kababayan". We are both Ilocanos and both from Ilocos Norte, Philippines. We met in Alaska and i have many fond memories of him. We used to talk about retirement and how we both were so homesick. I will always remember his contagious smile and beautiful dimples. It has been an honor to have known and worked with you. Condolence to the Cambia family.  May Our Dear Lord touch your hearts during this very diffucult time. May you rest in peace.

Condolences to the family. Jenny was like my brother. I worked with him in Ambulance Services in Alaska. He always have this awesome smile and a very helpful person. We are two Pinoys working in the ambulance. We have fun runs in the ambulance. I’ll missed you dearly. May you RIP. 

TSgt. Cambia and I worked together around 2008-9 at McClellan Air Force Satellite Clinic at McClellan, California. He was so meticulous in his work, timely and always sharp in his appearance. I remember the pancit and other Filipino dishes he shared with us. See ya on the other side brother.

Jeny just visited me in my dream this morning.  In the dream,  he insisted that he is alive.  He said to pinch him to prove that he is.  He was the same jolly person like he was in high school.  

We shared the same group of friends in and out of school. There were  so many memories,  but what stuck out the most was his smile.  You’ll me missed, Jeny. 

Jeny was a kind hearted, sincere guy.  We’re so sad to hear this news. Rest In Peace. You will definitely be missed.  

Gone too soon...Jeny was a wonderful person who lit up the room with his smile. I have no doubt you impacted so many people during your time on earth.  You will be missed. 

I worked with TSgt Cambia at Kadena in the Neonatal ICU. For my last year there, we shared an office and I am so thankful for the time that we worked together. He was always happy and more than willing to drop what he was doing to help out anyone else in our flight. There were so many days that we were all frustrated and TSgt Cambia would do something silly or tell us a funny story to get all of us to laugh. I hope that he has found the peace that he was missing and knows that he will be missed by all that spent time with him.

I worked with TSgt Cambia in Alaska...he always had a positive attitude and a big smile on his face.  He will be greatly missed, RIP my good man.

I worked with TSgt Cambia in Alaska. He was such a great person. He was always helpful. He always had a huge smile. The few times we hung out outside of work, we always had fun. He will be greatly missed.

I never got to work with TSgt Cambia but I talked to him a few times in meetings at the 18th MDG. I arrived less than a year before he left but he was always smiling and helping out his airmen however he could. His AF family will definitely miss him. Rest In Peace! 

TSgt Cambia was such a sweet soul.  I will never forget his contagious smile and the sound of his jiggles.  Rest in Heaven my brother in arms.

You were always greeted with the biggest smile from Cambia. I loved the Times we worked together making the day go by that much easier in a difficult work center and you helped ease the day for me. Thank you for that. 

When I arrived in Okinawa, Japan, in August 2014, Jeny’s bright and cheerful face, was the one that greeted me and my family as my sponsor.  He helped me and my family get settled in, then spent the weekend showing us around.  He was so kind and gracious to me and my family.  He truly helped us transition and that offered so much relief!!!

Throughout the years together on Oki, our positions changed, but he stayed a constantly smiling, upbeat face in a sometimes hard environment.  He was always ready with a smile, a joke or a story.  We had some deep talks where he shared much about his culture, his childhood and his love for his family!!!

I pray his family and friends can somehow find peace through this tragedy, his Air Force family loved him very much!!!!

Jeny Cambia had a smile that was beautiful and could change the way a day was going. He was always telling jokes that left a person laughing. He will always be remembered and has placed his mark on anyone that he came in contact with. He will be missed by all of his Air Force brothers and sisters. Rest In Peace and you will never be forgotten.
