Uncle Kevin you were and still are my favorite uncle of all time. I'm glad I got to see you on st Patrick's day and hung out with you with my frineds. I will never forget you and the last words I said to you. I'll never forget drinking a beer with you and when I left I said I love you. I meant that and will always remember that moment. Not only were you my favorite uncle since I was born but my dads best friend. You made me into a UH fan since I was a kid and now I'm one of the biggest fans of UH. You were always there for my dad and our family. You were the most humble kindest and loving friend my dad ever could have for a best friend. Always there for him and got to do so much things with him. You will be very missed and I will always think of you until I'm gone. I can't believe you left us but I'm glad the last words that I told you was I love you. I'm gonna miss you and so will my family. Thanks for being my dads best friend and my uncle. We stood in the hotel parking lot a few weeks ago and I thanked you for the gift given to me. We embraced and exchanged an "I love you.."
I was always proud of your accomplishments, from 6,000 miles away,
Our weekend with you and Joy was unspeakably wonderful, wishing we didn't live so far away to enjoy many more moments of family good times.
I will not just miss you, cousin Kevin, but forever love you.

Our Ohana shares in your sorrow for the loss of Kevin.  He was a very special hanai brother in our lives.......and we are thankful to have known him.  May the peace which comes from the memories of Kevin, comfort you now and in the days ahead.  He will be missed by all! ~

Goodbye Kevin.  I'm glad we were able to do so many fun things together (skiing, golfing and drinking a few beers) in places like Honolulu, Lake Tahoe and Colorado.  Always a gentleman and friend to so many. Peace.
