He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Wakano; sons, Mitchell Wakano, Darren Wakano; daughter Laurie Babtkis; step daughters, Susan L.S. Chan, Kelly Y. Van Cleave; brother, Keith Wakano; sisters Constance Tillison, Janet Matsuda, Nancy Phillips and 5 grandchildren. Private services to be held.
