Mineko was born in Osaka, Japan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Narasingh C. Rao. She was dearly loved and will be missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Grace and Ichiro Sekimitsu and her granddaughters, Miyuki and Sayuri Sekimitsu.
As per Mineko’s request, the funeral will be a private ceremony in the presence of close family.
