A funeral service for Phuoc will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Borthwick Mortuary, 1330 Maunakea St, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. Following the funeral service will be a burial at 11:00 AM at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery, 45-425 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744.
