Richard Paul Saunders, Jr., 73, of Kailua, Hawaii, passed away on June 12, 2014 at Straub Hospital. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a Recruiter. He is survived by his wife, Edwina J. Saunders; sons, Richard P. Saunders III, Edward J. Saunders, Robert A. Saunders, and Anthony P. Saunders; brother, Milton Saunders; sisters, Dorothy Ae and Agnes Saunders; 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild.
Funeral service will be on July 3, 2014 at Borthwick Mortuary - Mauka Chapel. Visitation will be at 9:30am and service will begin at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery at 2pm.
Casual attire suggested.
