Ronald Gonsalves Cox, 65, of Kailua, a retired Federal Fire Department Captain, lead security officer of St. Francis Medical Center and veteran of the U.S. Air Force, died August 18, 2010 in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. Survived by his wife, Michelle; son, Ronald A. Cox; daughters, Tiffany Joaquin and Tarryn Cox; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Jeanette Santana, Lydia Gaylor and Charlotte Rego. Visitation 5:00 p.m. Monday (8/30) at Borthwick Mortuary Mauka Chapel; service 6:30 p.m.; visitation also at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday (8/31) at St. Anthony’s Church; mass 10:00 a.m.; burial 1:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
