Ruth Elizabeth Ramsay, 97, of Kaneohe, Hawaii, passed away on March 6, 2016 at Pohai Nani Good Samaritan Retirement Community Center. She was born in the state of Michigan, in the city of Dearborn. Mrs. Ramsay was a Teacher. She is survived by her son, Dr. Alan Papst; daughter, Suesan Borchardt; 5 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
Private services to be held at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
