Stephen "Steve" Bowles, 76, of Kamuela, Hawaii, passed away on August 17, 2014 at the Queen's Medical Center. He was a Consultant for Water Development and Water Resources. Steve is survived by his wife, Helen Bowles; son, Daniel K. Bowles; daughter; Leilani "Lani" Eubank; brother, John Bowles of Greensboro, North Carolina; sisters, Helen Bowles Nicholson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Virginia "Ginny" Schnell of Klondyke, Arizona; 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on both August 30, 2014 at September 6, 2014. On August 30, service will be held at Punahou School; Thurston Memorial Chapel in Honolulu, visitation at 9:30am and service will begin at 10:30am. On September 6, service will be held on Kahua Ranch in North Kohala, visitation will be at 9:30am and service will begin at 10:30am.
