Bill served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy. After leaving the Navy, Bill worked as a commercial real estate appraiser, broker, advisor and consultant in Hawaii for 44 years. He was a Counselor of Real Estate (“CRE”) and Member Appraisal Institute (“MAI”).
Bill was an avid golfer and car enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann; daughter Jan (Jochen) Mende of San Francisco, California; son Adam (Laura) Dornbush and grandson, Duke, of Honolulu, Hawaii.
Private services were held.
