William Koon Lup Wong, 88, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on April 30, 2016. He was a Retired Heavy Equipment Operator. Mr. Wong is survived by his brother, Alfred K. I. Wong of Honolulu; sister, Victoria W. Pond of San Leandro, California; 18 nieces and nephews, 23 grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
