

Bonnie Rae Trammel, born on July 11, 1941, passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 84. A woman of remarkable strength, focus, and determination, Bonnie was also known for her loving and fiercely loyal nature. Her selflessness touched the lives of many.
Bonnie was born to James Gillies and Bonnie Eby Gillies and was the eldest of ten siblings. She spent her formative years in Shelby, Montana, and Galt, California. Bonnie pursued her education in business school, graduating in 1958, laying the foundation for a successful career.
Bonnie dedicated 30 years of her life as a Civil Servant in the Department of Defense, where she retired with distinction. Her commitment and service were exemplary.
In 1960, Bonnie married Charles Trammel. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles, and her parents. She is survived by her daughters, Sonja Stone, Stacy Hobbs and her husband Greg, Stephanie Williams and her husband Tim, and Schele Hayes. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Elliot Stone and his wife Jennifer, Mallory Jones and her husband Bentley, Kristopher Stone and his wife Bonnie, Marshall Hobbs and his wife Katie, Devan Trammel and his wife Kristen, Jillian Warnock and her husband Kenney, and Jefferson Hobbs; and her great-grandchildren, Caroline, Killian, Blake, Nora, Porter, Riley, Grace, Declan, Maggie, and Abner. Bonnie also leaves behind her siblings, Teresa, Starla, Monty, Mykel, Tammy, Debbie, and Bonnie Ellen.
Bonnie had a passion for travel, particularly cherishing her family reunions in Montana every summer. She was an avid Bingo enthusiast and cherished family gatherings, which brought her immense joy.
Bonnie Rae Trammel's memory will be cherished by her family and all who knew her. Her strength, love, and loyalty will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to be part of her life.
