David Allen Johnson

David's greatest accomplishment was becoming a father, and he loved his son Mark immensely. He cherished his family and friends, loving without boundaries even when life was difficult. An artist at heart, David had a passion for videography and enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing. He loved animals, with a particular soft spot for the four-legged furry ones.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Susan Johnson. He is survived by his son, Mark Johnson; his father and stepmother, Adam and Elizabeth Johnson; his sisters, Rachel Alzubaidi and Ada Johnson; his grandparents, Lamar Johnson (Doris) and Carole Barnes; his aunt, Sandra Bitler; his nieces, Harmony, Trinity, Sarah, and Savannah; and his lifelong friend, Zachary Wolfgang.

A visitation with family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home, located at 3308 N Main St, Hope Mills, North Carolina. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm at the same location. Burial will take place at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, 4509 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
