He was born on December 21, 1946 in Guilford County, NC to the late Mr. and Mrs. Mack Vernon Little.
David served his country for over 20 years, before retiring from the US Air Force as Master Sergeant. During his service, he would go on to earn several medals and accommodations to highlight his illustrious career.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Caffie Little, of Fayetteville; and one brother, Oscar Little, of Greensboro; also, many aunts, uncles, and cousins of Greensboro; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30pm Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Cumberland Baptist Church at 4957 Cumberland Road in Fayetteville.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday May 4, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. prior to the service at Cumberland Baptist Church.
Interment with full military honors will follow the service in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
