Eddie was born May 15, 1956 in Cumberland County to the late Rufus and Janie Ruth Locklear Williams.
Along with his parents Eddie was also predeceased by a brother, Ernest Williams.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Thompson Cemetery off Camden Road. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
Among those left to remember his life and mourn his passing include his wife, Doris Williams; children, Lisa Williams, Jessica Williams, Nina Williams, Angelina Delvalle and William Delvalle; siblings, Peggy Jones, Linda Carter, James Williams, Allen Williams, Tommy Williams; grandchildren, Rebecca English, Johnathan Register, Jasmine Knight, Mariah Bourdon, William Delvalle II, Nickia Carver and Marquese Carver, Christopher Delvalle, Jack Skipper and Jordan Epps; and special pet Mama Gal.
