Jeanette Velez

Jeanette was a loving woman who had a zest for life. She loved traveling, being outdoors, music, and laughing. She also loved a good cup of coffee. Her pride and joy was her family, especially her sons and grandchildren. Jeanette was newly baptised and was a member of True Vine Ministries. To know Jeanette, was to love her. In her presence, you couldn't help but feel the love that poured from her. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Jeanette's smile and sheer existence will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Jeanette is preceded by her parents, Cecilio and Marlene Velazquez. She is survived by her sons, Richard Quinones, Andrew Velez, and Adam Velez; her grandchildren, Alora, and Romeo; her siblings, Marlene Velez (Jose), Cynthia Vargas, Cecil Velazquez, and Helen Velazquez; two special nieces,Teri Medina, Stephanie Perez, and Victoria Velazquez; as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A visitation with family & friends for Jeanette will be held Monday, September 23, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Reeves Funeral Home, 3308 N Main St, Hope Mills, North Carolina 28348, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
