Curtis was preceded in death by his Father Curtis "Clem" Smith ,Mother Connie Rutka and Sister Celeste Rutka.Curtis is survived by his Wife Deborah Smith, Step-daughters Kim Simonson, and Kellie Gibson,Granddaughter Lilly, Sisters Belinda Simko,Sue High and Carmen Vassilopanagos, Brothers Charles Rutka and Dennis Smith, Best Friend Seth Horton and Several Friends and Family.
The family will accept friends for visitation on Saturday February 26, 2022 from 10am until 12:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 26, 2022 at 12:00 pm in the chapel of Reeves Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery.
