Loueva was born in Bucyrus, Ohio to Marry Fetter and Gene Pfeifer.
She enjoyed spending time with her fiance, her children and her grandchildren; She was an Ohio State fan and loved gathering with her family to watch Ohio State football games.
Loueva is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her fiance Keith Miller; her son Bradley Hollister; her daughters Tiffany and Megan Hollister; her sister Peggie Long, and her brothers Reggie and Rex Pfeifer.
A Memorial Service for Loueva will be held over the summer, to be announced at a later date.
