Matthew Alexander Smith, age 51, of Concord, formerly of Dunn died on Friday, September 24, 2021. Matthew was born July 19, 1970 in Portsmouths, Virginia and is the son of Herbert and Linda Nelke.

He is also survived by Sons, Zachary Smith and Johnathan Smith and one daughter, Alexis Smith all of Wilmington, NC.

Sisters, Suzanne McCeney, Margot Holloman and the late Elizabeth Pfeifer. Brothers, Brian Smith and Elliott Smith.

Nephews: James McCeney, Andrew McCeney, Connor McCeney, Reed Pfeifer and James Pfeifer.

Nieces: Genevieve Roesch and Emma Pfeifer.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021at 6:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends after the service.
