Patricia DePrater Parker, age 76 of Dunn died Monday, January 3, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville.
Mrs. Parker was born December 19, 1945 in Bradford, Pa. the daughter of the late Robert Morgan Abner and Eunice Lee Peterson Abner and is preceded in death by her husband, Franklin D. Parker, Sr. and two grandchildren, Christina Whetsell and Wesley Lynn Parker.
A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 12:00 noon at Old Bluff Church Cemetery.
She is survived by: a son: Frankie Parker of Dunn, NC and a daughter: Delorise Parker Whetsell of Dunn, NC.
Grandchildren: Jessica Parker, Eddie Whetsell and Lynn Whetsell.
Great Grandchildren: Hayden Parker, Jayden Parker, Tristan Whetsell, Jacob Whetsell and Christina Whetsell.
Brothers: Robert Abner & (wife) Cindy of Eastover, NC; Ronnie Abner & (wife) Sharon of Charlotte, NC.
Sister: Lila Maxwell of Salemburg, NC.
The Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn. Prior to the Graveside Service.
