He was born in Marietta North Carolina on April 8th 1931 to the late Ernest and Fodie Foley Cox.
A retired Army veteran served our Great Country in the Korean and the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife Marie Cox; daughter, Becky Garcia and husband Paul Garcia; grandchildren are Brandon Cox, Melissa Howell and Husband Zack, Felipa Dozier and husband Eric, and Joshua Garcia; great grandchildren Stacia Batton, Lissy Howell, Paulina Dozier, Esa Dozier; great great grandchildren Cooper Batton, and Brynlee Blankinship.
